Take Action

  1. Think about the different areas of your life that could use improvement. Focus on 1 or 2 at the most to start and write them down.
  2. Under each area of life that you wrote down, write some related positive affirmations. You can use our examples or write your own.
  3. In the morning, get comfortable and repeat each of your affirmations however many times it takes until you notice regular changes in your automatic thinking. Repeat this every day.

The more you practice at this, the better you become. It will become easier and easier to fix new beliefs into place in your mind. The more beliefs you change, the more your perspective can change. You can change the way you see yourself, others, and ultimately the whole world.
